The Volvo Round the World Ocean Race came through Baltimore again this year, arriving from Brazil by way of Australia and Spain. The ships' arrival concided with the Inner Harbor Waterfront Festival. Great stage, weather, huge crowd, and a skyline with the boats in the foreground. It doesn't get much better than this. A week later we did it all again in Annapolis before the boats took off for Sweden (by way of NYC & England)
